OUR TEAM.

Tourism Revelstoke is comprised of 4 full-time staff members. Our team oversees marketing for our destination, as well as destination management initiatives. We work closely with the Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce, which operates Revelstoke’s Visitor Information Centre and is responsible for aspects of tourism related to the visitor experience.

    Meghan Tabor

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Meghan Tabor is an experienced leader in marketing and destination management, with over a decade dedicated to advancing tourism and community development. As the Executive Director at Tourism Revelstoke, Meghan leads strategic initiatives and builds impactful partnerships to strengthen tourism’s role in community enhancement.

    In addition, she shares her industry expertise as a part-time business professor at Okanagan College, teaching courses in tourism and destination management. In her free time, she enjoys exploring through skiing, snowmobiling, and mountain biking.

    Taniell Hamilton

    DESTINATION & SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER

    Taniell is the Destination and Sustainability Manager for Tourism Revelstoke and is responsible for the implementation of the community’s destination management plan. She holds an advanced certificate in Strategic Energy Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability Studies.

    Taniell’s experience spans a variety of different roles, including Sustainability Consultant, Program Manager for an environmental non-profit, and Sustainability Manager for Whistler Blackcomb Resort. By combining her background in sustainability with destination management, she aims to create enriching experiences for visitors while ensuring the preservation of Revelstoke’s natural beauty and cultural heritage for future generations.

    SENIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR

    Kyra brings a dynamic mix of marketing expertise and community involvement to the team. She holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce with a major in Marketing along with both agency and in-house marketing experience. She specializes in marketing strategy, digital strategy, content management, social media management, website management, and advertising; she excels at connecting audiences with authentic stories. Outside of work, her passion for community, arts, and culture shines through various volunteer roles with organizations like Arts Revelstoke and Revelstoke Women's Enduro.

    BRAND & PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER

    Lydia brings over a decade of experience in the tourism industry. She crafts compelling brand stories that highlight both the iconic and authentic aspects of Revelstoke, ensuring the REVELSTOKE. brand resonates with audiences worldwide. She manages Tourism Revelstoke's media program, working with journalists, influencers, athletes, and other partners to showcase the destination.

    Holding graduate qualifications in Environmental Management and Sustainability, she is passionate about integrating destination management practices into the brand's narrative, supporting sustainable growth and preserving Revelstoke's unique character for future generations.
