Introducing Lydia Syme: Media & Communications Coordinator

Tourism Revelstoke is pleased to announce that as of May 11, Lydia Syme will be starting in the position of Media and Communications Coordinator. This role is responsible for coordinating media visits, written website content, internal and external communications, and Revelstoke brand inquiries.

Originally from Australia, Lydia first moved to Revelstoke in 2015. She has held an array of positions in the tourism industry here in town and after being back in Australia for the last few years, she is happy to be back in Revelstoke. 

Lydia has worked in marketing departments for large ski resorts, local government, non-profits, and even family owned startups. She has had the great fortune of working on some truly inspiring projects while networking with many influential and creative individuals along the way. She can’t wait to use her skills for the Revelstoke community.
